Being the youngest sibling in our family, I grew up (did I ever) listening to Motown. Soul music was ‘in me’ from the word go. Music tastes, Soul, Rare Groove, Jazz Funk “all things soulful” have been my listening choices for the past 35 years, still searching and buying those classic tracks, but vinyl rules OK. Started to DJ in the mid 80’s, never refusing the opportunity to spread the word. Music took a back seat during the providing years, re-established my studio and returned to DJing in 2011. As well as DJing I attend many soul weekenders with groups of friends and family, always music over anything else (obviously not the family). Influences, Bobby Womack stands above the rest.”
